Create a Smart Music Plan

To create a Smart Music Plan, access the drop-down menu on the left and select: Smart Music Planner. Then, click on the ‘Create a new plan’ button. You can also create a new plan from the Overview, clicking on any of the three boxes that appear in the lower center.

Next, a series of key questions will appear in order to offer you a personalized plan that fits your needs. Your manager will ask you about: 

• The title of your new song. 
• What materials do you have to promote your single (song, video clip, cover, promo photos, fan content) to propose actions where you can make the most of these materials.
• The release date of your single and your budget to advise you on how to optimize it as much as possible.
• The geographic areas where you want to distribute your music to adapt the content strategy to the most popular trends in that region. 
• Your communication style and tone according to your region to propose captions aligned to the form of expression in that location.
• The platforms you use to promote your music

All this information will be put into a promotional plan tailored for you. You can review it in a preview window that will appear with all the data you have entered. Review it carefully and if everything is in order, click the ‘Create’ button.

If there are any unforeseen events, you can always change the plan details. To do so, you just have to click on the pencil icon in the upper center box, where you find the general information of your plan.
