Why is Certain Data Missing from My Insights?
We strive to provide comprehensive insights from platforms like Spotify and YouTube. However, occasionally, we encounter situations where data is unavailable for certain artists. This typically occurs when an artist has a limited fanbase or insufficient activity on these platforms, resulting in a lack of data for analysis. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore insights for other artists on our platform.
If you can’t see your data in the Insights section, it may be for one of these reasons:
We’re still collecting data, stay tuned! If you see that the general data does not appear in the top bar of the section, it is because they are differential: they compare your statistics today with those of the previous day to offer you detailed control of your daily progress. In this way, until at least 24 hours have passed, they will not be displayed.
You have insufficient data at the moment. For your stats to show, you must have enough page likes or Instagram followers to measure that data set.
In the case of META, to be able to view statistics by city, you must have 100 page likes or Instagram followers within the top 45 cities. For example, if you have 100 Page Likes or Instagram Followers spread across 50 cities, you won’t be able to see the data until you have 100 Page Likes and Instagram Followers in the top 45 cities.
These data limits vary depending on the specific statistic and are intended to protect user privacy. You can learn more here.
TikTok’s case is similar. If you do not reach 100 followers, you will not be able to view data related to your followers such as age, gender, and cities. You can learn more information here.
